Systagenix Launches ADAPTIC TOUCH™
Systagenix today announced the launch of ADAPTIC TOUCH™ Non-Adhering Silicone Dressing:
An all new primary silicone wound contact layer comprised of a cellulose acetate mesh coated with a soft tack silicone.
Paolo Di Vincenzo, Systagenix Vice President of Global Marketing, comments: “This is a contact layer that addresses the needs of both patients and healthcare professionals by protecting the wound, having maximum conformability, staying in place, being easy to remove, and minimizing tissue damage and adherence to the secondary dressing”.
Steve Atkinson, Systagenix CEO, adds “Thanks to our world class manufacturing processes, ADAPTIC TOUCH™ makes silicone contact dressings more accessible to clinicians and patients around the world, helping relieve pressured healthcare budgets without compromising clinical performance. Orders already received from customers in Hospital and Community markets support our belief that this product balances superior performance with affordability, and we are excited about the sales growth it should drive for Systagenix”.
